Horizon posts short activity logs right inside your channel: who joined or left, and who claimed the channel or got it handed over. Everyone in the channel can see them, and server admins choose which events get logged.

Yes. Save your channel to one of 3 slots and Horizon sets it up the same way next time: name, user limit, lock and hide state, trusted and blocked members, and moderators. Your server admins decide whether saved profiles are available.
The channel stays as long as someone is inside. Anyone still in it can take over with /claim. Once the last person leaves, Horizon deletes the channel, right away or after a delay your admins choose.
Yes. Add your verified roles as Access Roles in the dashboard and hide temporary channels from everyone else. Unverified members then can't see or join them.
